Fireworks at the WWBA
After pool play ends, the real fireworks begin. 25 teams have perfect 3-0 records in Pool Play...but that will soon change and coaches now will begin strategize their next pitching match-up.
This is the part of the tourney that the scouts really like. With over 180 teams at this event, there are many blow-outs in pool play. The WWBA tournament organizers do a really good job of separating the talent to even out the competition. Maybe they should volunteer to seed the NCAA baseball championships next year.
In the championship rounds, there are some great match-ups and literally dozens of scouts lined up to watch each game. Good luck to all teams today. We are keeping our post short today. Hey, it's a holiday for us too!
Happy 4th everyone!
